"I find it hard to believe an office so unprofessional is still in business. I received a check Friday evening, refunding the insurance on my house, without the benefit of a phone call, email or text. I can't even imagine how uncommunicative they must be when a client needs to file a claim. I was able to get some information from the main State Farm number as to why the policy has been cancelled but only after insisting that I was not willing to wait until Monday for an explanation from the office that didn't even give me a courtesy phone call with a heads-up. They have single handedly ensured I'll never consider doing business with State Farm again. If no stars was an option I would have chosen that. I think one star is more than they deserve."
